Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is placed.
Delivery time
Most orders to the United States arrive within 7–15 business days after processing. International orders can take longer. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or peak holiday periods.
Shipping rates
Shipping rates and any free-shipping offers are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
Tracking your order
Every order ships with tracking. Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. You can follow your package anytime on our Track Your Order page.
Multiple packages
If you order several items, they may arrive in separate packages on different days.
Customs and import fees
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Lost or delayed packages
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, contact us at benditajoyasdefe@gmail.com and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Wrong address
