How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and most US orders arrive within 7–15 business days after that. Every order ships with tracking. See our Shipping Information page for details.
How do I track my order?
We email your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Enter it on our Track Your Order page to see where your package is.
How do the bundle discounts work?
Buy 2 bracelets and save 15%, or buy 3 and save 25%. Choose your bundle on the product page and the discount is applied at checkout automatically. You can mix and match colors. If the discount doesn't appear, enter FAITH2 or FAITH3 at checkout.
Will the bracelet fit my wrist?
Our bracelets measure about 17 cm (6.7 in) around on a stretch band, so they fit most adult wrists comfortably.
Are your products suitable for children?
Our jewelry is made for adults and teens. The small beads are not suitable for young children, so please keep them away from kids under 13.
Are the bracelets blessed?
Our items are not blessed before shipping. Many customers bring theirs to their parish priest to be blessed.
Does my order come in a gift box?
Items ship in protective packaging. The gift boxes shown in some of our photos are for display only and aren't included.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and your order number, and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund. See our Returns & Refunds page.
Can I return an item?
Yes. Unworn items in their original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email us first to start your return.
